Gmod crashes after playing for 3 hours or less

I tried everything, I checked everything, and I think it may be the driver, but,
when I play Garry's Mod for a while, it will crash, (Black Screen, fans max, no DVI) and it's been happening for a long time. I don't know what driver would be good.. but here are my specs;

OS: Windows 7 64 Bit
GPU: NVIDIA GeForce GTS 250 [Size: 512 MBytes]
Processor: AMD Phenom II x6 1040T [2.7 GhZ]

Manufacturer: FOXCONN
Model #: 2AB1 DVT
Chipset: AMD
Bios: Amercan Megatrends Inc.
Verison: 6.02

Memory: DDR3 (2 2gb sticks)

I really need help.. I am unable to play anything. I know it's not Garry's Mod because I played on it before a driver came out, then it began crashing. Or it might just be the GPU alone... but someone please help!

You can try to downgrade your driver. I think you can get an older version on nvidia's website.
