Firstly, I'd like to thank you for taking the time to assist me in this matter. This problem is a great pain to me as it prevents me from enjoying literally anything on the servers I frequent.
To detail the problem, I can easily join any TTT or, as the picture suggests, roleplay server I wish. I can play with minimal problems until I hit a certain point, typically three or so minutes into play. The game freezes, much like it would if I would have lost all connection, and then I get this (below) in my net_graph 3, as opposed to the usual traffic. I know for a fact that this is not a problem with my connection to the server, as in TTT servers I can [I]hear[/I] the voice chat go on much like how it would without this affecting me. I have tested this with a friend of mine, requesting he play his voice after I confirm the problem has begun, and I can hear the voice chat of the requested text I asked him or her to read.
As for what I've tried to rectify the issue, I have uninstalled and reinstalled Garry's Mod, uninstalled and reinstalled steam, verified game cache, set both the HL2.exe in the garrysmod folder and the steam.exe to run as administrator, and I've reset my modem and router in different combinations.

What Custom gamemode is that it looks like the gamemode is giving you client side error's?
Are there any LUA errors?
