Do I need to use http.Fetch or P.HTML:GetHTMLMaterial( )?

I am a little curious about how http.get works.

I am trying to retrieve a image file from a url and then set that for a material. I managed to retrieve the html data from a page, but I am confused on how to make it actually set the material on a object. I know this cane be done, I just have no clue how.
