Failed to locate steam binary (Started After Last Update) when server boots up

Essentially, what happens is when the server boots, it can't find the steam binary and thus doesn't update. I have a bash script setup that boots up the server and I tried editing the directory using the -steambin parameter to where I thought it'd might be but the problem is, I honestly don't really know where it is. I initially had assumed that it was referring to the steamcmd directory but sending it there didn't help. I also tried removing the -autoupdate parameter, hoping that this would at least give me a temporary solution of having the server update but that didn't help.

It has driven me nuts that I've searched quite a bit about this issue and have yet to find someone point out what bin directory it is directory. Does anyone know what I might be missing here?
