I would edit that image (because you have left in your Product ID).
Your CPU seems underclocked... Try setting it at 2.4GHz (minimum), but keep on pushing it higher and higher whilst keeping it at a stable clock without over powering it. You should easily achieve 3.2GHz.
And you have not posted what Graphics card you are using.
