How do you make no colision disabled on a dark rp server?

I am sick and tried of people no colliding their cars to get into bases. Does anyone know how to disable right clicking the car and press the no collision option?

Goto:
xxxxxx/garrysmod/gamemodes/DarkRP/gamemode/config.lua

Change line #25 to false-

If you're using DarkRP 2.5.0 goto:
xxxxxx\garrysmod\gamemodes\DarkRP\gamemode\config\config.lua
And do the same thing.
