Hello, i have an problem with steam error no steam user, engine error.. i have tryed all, i dont want to reinstall gmod cause i have 100 addons..

It has nothing to do with TF2 or any other game, make sure your Steam client is up to date, reinstall it if necessary. Try doing what the pop up says to do.
This problem is caused by your copy of the game not being able to interact with Steam, which means something on your system fucks that up.
Also, you colored over all the public information that anyone can get by vising your steam profile.
What you SHOULD have colored over are your Steam Wallet funds, which you did, and your actual Steam username, which you didn't.

I'd suggest trying to run Steam without that skin as a start.
