Hello on my server I have restricted some ulx commands like set hp from admins. But they get around this by doing /hp 10000 instead of !hp 10000 even know I restricted it. Is this /hp not a ulx command? If so or not so how do I restrict this?

That would probably be the case. They're granted FAdmin rights and can use it that way.
Simply make a script that checks if their health is above 200 and auto-demote them. They're not worth having around.
