Hello, I have successfully ripped bodygroups of Payday 2 characters. There's an example below. However, they are separated by head, body, and arms. Due to this it makes it really hard to get things together. But, I saw someone who has ported the security guard but just added in the citizen faces and limbs. I think this would work really well with what I have. But, I can't rig or model merge for shite. I could really use some experienced help!

This is what I have so far. I have yet to rip the other law enforcers, but I can do it pretty quickly and easily.
