Garry's Mod Error, not letting me open up application correctly

I tried opening up Garry's Mod and the game crashes every time I open it. There is an engine error that says "Couldn't include file 'derma_utils.lua" (File not found) (@lua/dera/init.lua (line 64))"

Any help from you guys?

Have you tried the usual verifying/reinstalling method?

Verifying worked for me and I had the EXACT same error you did.
