default gmod tools get deleted when i add a new addon to the server

OK.... So I have a darkrp 2.4.3 server.... And I like to add addons to it all the time.... The thing is every time I add one and restart the server and add the addon.... It just shows a blank tool menu... Only showing Stools... I have tried this with many different addons, all meant for multiplayer, and it always happens. To fix the problem, I normally have to delete another add on.... Wtf... Help please

Just delete the addon causing it? Or try 2.5
