Zombie Survival Costume Items not showing properly

Been having this problem for a few days now, not sure how to fix it. Other costume items appear where they should with the exception of accessories items that are below the shoulders. I already tried enabling and disabling the items via the F1 menu but no luck. I have pictures to show what's wrong below.

Here I'm wearing the construction tools item (Gravity Gun and Garry's Mod Revolver) from the accessories category but it's clipping through my characters body instead of being holstered on both sides of the hips.

Some other accessories specific items appear under my characters crotch which is strange as well...

This is on Noxiousnet server by the way.
