I'm going to sound like a real idiot here, but for some reasons I can't see all the silk icons such as icon16/heart.png... It just shows as black and purple dots in a square...
How come I can't see them? I can't see the heart, shield or user...
Try verifying your game.
Won't help, my PC blew up, and before that it didn't work, and after I got a new one it still doesn't.
Download them manually and put the icons in the correct icons.
Just search "name.png GMod" on google and download them.
