Server Won't Start But used too! - Help

Hello, recently I have been playing on my TF2 and Garry's Mod servers, and they have been working fine. But now, if I start the srcds short-cut, the srcds itself, and the .bat file, none of them work. They don't even open a console, they just act as if nothing happened, the cursor looks like its loading for a milisecond, and then it goes back to default. Both servers are unable to be started now, so please help me, because I need these up. Yes I have steampipe, and the ports are forwarded. If it helps, I mounted TF2 with the mount.cfg and correctly put it files in the gmod server, but I don't think there is a problem with that because the tf2 server doesn't work, and it has nothing to do with the gmod server mounting. I can include additional info. System stats? I had a similar problem when I installed CSS content, and after that srcds would just close instantly. It might not be the same problem, but mine resolved itself after I reinstalled the garrysmod server.

You can't mount to it and it has stopped working.

Did you install the tf2 server after the garrysmod server? just try reinstalling your garrysmod server, it might just be a binary problem (?)
