I have for the second time a dedicated server and forgot some things.

So two years ago I had a dedicated TTT server and everything worked fine, but then I closed the server because of some personal reasons. Now in 2016 I am reopening it but I forgot some things.

Like when I put some traitor weapons and similar things into the server, how do I make sure that people who didn't subscribe to that workshop item will be able to see it? Is there any nice tutorial anyone could show me?
