For past weeks, my Garry's Mod has been acting up and randomly freezing.
Just recently its been randomly freezing and giving me the Warning Auto Disconnect in XX seconds.
No where I have looked have I found any help, this has gotten to point where Garry's Mod is unplayable.

Operating System: Windows 7 64-bit
Processor: Intel Core i7
Graphics: Radeon HD 6770M
Ram: 6gb
It does it on any server,

That usually indicates a connection problem.
Have you had any other internet related issues as of late?
Like anything in any other games?
Does this happen in other source games? (Like TF2, CSS, etc)
