well, i put on my server.cfg my rcon_password XXX, then i go on gmod console and type the password (inside my server), but nothing changes, what i should do?
type rcon some_command xxx to execute commands on the remote console.
You don't have to specify the rcon password or use the rcon command on the server console.
Let's say you want to run "ulx adduser somedude admin", you don't have to type rcon before that command IF you're running the command on the server console. If you want to run a command from your client console, you have to use that while connected to the server.
