Gmod stuck on loading screen when Shadow detail is high

if Every other thing is high except Shadow, it loads the game and not stuck on the loading screen
If shadow is high, its stuck on the loading screen, but I can hear audio.
Specs:

AMD E-300 APU with Radeon HD Graphics 1.3 GHZ
Raedon HD 6300 Graphics
4.00 GB (3.59 usable) Memory

Can you load in-game in single player?

That video card might be an issue since they're integrated graphics.

Yes, but its stuck on the loading screen, but I hear audio like when you are in a map. It doesn't sound laggy.

Check your Post Processing tab in spawnmenu when shadow setting is not on high. Some effect/shader may doing this. Report back if you find anything.

Nothing in the Effects/Shaders tab is on.

I don't have anything in the Effects/Shaders tab on (Unless creating Screenshots).

I don't if this helps or not, but theres a * before High in the shadow tab.

UPDATE: Apparently, its not stuck on a screen when its 800x600 and WINDOWED.
