TTT Server playermodels load but certain players look clear and messed up

As the title implied, on my server the host (me) and certain players see other players as clear and transparent like this

But the weird thing is when you kill them they revert back to normal

Any ideas for a fix?

EDIT: Nvm, this was fixed with a quick reinstall as it was a clientside issue
