My problem is i don't know how to add playermodels from addons ( i had the workshop download on my server so when player join they download my addons ) but i don't know how to had these playermodel for my pointshop.

You'd have to [URL="http://www.treesoft.dk/gmod/gmad/"]extract[/URL] the .gma file to find out the model's path, copy one of Pointshop's default player models Lua file and simply edit the settings in there.

You don't have to extract anything, subscribe to those addons, go to spawnmenu, Browse > Addons > find your addon name > click on it > right click on model > copy to clipboard.

Obviously there are various ways of doing it, I just haven't actually played the game for a good 2 years now so I forgot about that. Thanks for the rehearsal though.
