what do I need to do in order to make props permanent on my DarkRP server ? (even after reset)

Hey there,

I have been in many lobby's where there are props (such as a couch or chair) that an admin has spawned and they become permanent... but none of them will tell me how they did it.

I have my own DarkRP server hosted by Daemon Servers and was wondering what do I need to do in order to make props permanent, even after a server reset ect... ?
