I recently switched ISPs and ever since I've been getting weird lag and hangs when playing gmod. I stop moving and can't use weapons but I can still look around. I thought it might have been dropping packets but netgraph say it isn't. Sometimes it only lasts a couple seconds, sometimes it doesn't recover and I time out from the server. I've tried port forwarding, disabling firewalls, and verifying cache.

I don't have issues with any other online games, just Gmod. Any ideas?
Did you downgrade your speed?
Upgraded it.
