Help i cant find any thing that shows me how to make my model into a player model/skin for gmod

so as the title says i cant find any tut of showing me how to get/make the gmod player model rig/skeleton for my model to export it as a player model

so can some one give me a tut on how to rig this model then export it for gmod as player model/skin (a video would be better but dosent have to be)

and can i do this with blender?
