When a player kills another player a kill icon does not show up in the HUD or in the console, that only happens when we kill NPC's. Please help as this is making the administration team go berserk.
Probably an addon overriding/modifying the kill feed. Test it with vanilla sandbox.

Sandbox with no addons or modifications.
