It wouldn't work correctly on ragdolls.

Why would you want to? You'll have a bump of models floating around and bothering players. If items aren't being reequipped on spawn, find out what's causing it instead

Alternatively, if you want to do this, you should find out how the pointshop removes items from the player on death and then comment it on. Look into the PS_PlayerDeath function, basically

The whole reason Pointshop removes items on death is because a lot of items like trails and hats attached to the collar bone causes graphical errors with ragdolls.

Not to mention that Modify functions will break too for ragdolls.
