Problem with Download by my server

Hi ,
I have a problem with my server , when i want join this one , my addons on my FTP dont download on my pc , and all players ... The server have dl my addons , because i have a BIG "ERROR" red .

1. You can't use .gma's for FastDL; only normal files.
2. You need resource.AddFile or resource.AddWorkshop.

I need to insert the command ressource.addworskhop and add addons + unpack with gmad for models sound etc ... ?
