so far so good
but
./steamcmd.sh
here is error
cmd cannot execute binary file exec format error
what is the problem?
did you try chown -R 777 /home/steamcmd
and chmod -R 755 /home/steam/steamcmd

I guess you have ssh installed Try downloading manual from that link use FireZilla to import and see what happens

i tried as root,steam both
