I am unable to connect to my own gmod server, through local or through public. Don't lecture me on ports, because obviously it's a different problem than that. I am running SRCDS (everything is up to date) and when I run it through the shortcut with command line parameters " -console -maxplayers 4 -authkey (numbers) -ip (local IP, hah, I don't need to hide this) -steam +hostname "Gerreez" +host_workshop_collection (more numbers) " It runs the server, but it doesn't open to the public, and I cannot connect through local, but it does update the addons, and runs em'. When I run SRCDS alone, it tells me this "Connection to Steam servers successful.
Public IP is (numbers).
Assigned anonymous gameserver Steam ID (numbers).
VAC secure mode is activated."
This doesn't pop up when I run the shortcut^
Then I can connect to the server just fine, through local and public, but then it doesn't load the addons at all, as it (as far as I know) cannot be told to. My problem though is not running the addons, it is being able to connect to my server while starting it on that Shortcut.
