Tools not appear in the spawn menu and the camera is not working

Yesterday I was usually played gmod smoothly, until there was a power outage on my street and return a few hours later but when I return again to gmod, I see that many of the tools on menu disappeared (and I see that I appeared, some tools that had unsubscribed) and I notice that the camera not take pictures or anything, I have reviewed the integrity of cache and nothing I have unsubscribed all my addons and nothing too

Delete addons folder and let gmod redownload only those addons you are subscribed to.
