Some keybinds lost in options,keyboard. (Cstrike prefixes and so on)

I got like commands and keybindings from counter strike source,i'd like to know where the Options -> Keybaord file is and a download link for the default/original file.
No i am not going to re-download and install my game as it is about 2 gigabytes,why not to help with a file which is few kilobytes :<
I've alerdy ''Verify integrity of game cache'' Twice atleast for now.
Also deleted addons.

Are you sure you deleted all addons? Even the CSS content?

Unmount CS:S and remount it.

Blame the new mount order changes from the recent update.

EDIT: It'll only happen if you're using pirated content that's just in the addons folder.
