Need help with placing text on loading screen

[B][I]How can I place overlapping text on a server image?[/I][/B]
[URL="http://ttt.jamm0.pw"]So i made a loading screen[/URL], nothing special, just basic. What i need to do is place text in the fields on right and make it stretch like the image is stretching. If anyone could help me with the code, it would be awesome because I searched for hours and the code kept breking for me (I'm a noob when it comes to coding, sorry.) [URL="http://prntscr.com/468gp0/direct"]I made a mockup of how i wanted it to look[/URL], but i never got to that final result.
