Ok, so recently of the last month,while i was playing in sandbox, some conga music came out of NOWHERE, and i just died when i hit W. Now, every time i boot up gmod ALL my buttons unbind, my mouse sensitivity is at maximum, i cant dc from servers without closing gmod, and hitting any key will kill me. I have deleted all my gmod files, re-installed the game 3 times, and even un-installed all my addons. I am unsure if the summer update has caused this, And i dont i have a virus, please, i will be very happy if ANYONE can help me.
Completely delete your garrysmod folder, turn off Steam cloud sync, and reinstall.

Or type "unbind all" in console and then reset your keyboard controls.
Disable steam cloud. Remove your cfg folder and then go to steam library right click gmod properties and then validate your game files.
