Ok so if people type @[their message] it says that the message got sent to the admin, but no admins or owners, or any group is getting the message. I have Ulx and ulib both installed correctly to my server. Does anyone know what is wrong with it?

Open ULX > groups tab > select the the rank > edit permissions. Make sure they are allowed to see the messages.
