Keys are reacting to presses when not in use, not reacting to presses in use, and sometimes when i move it's very slow? If it helps I'm playing TTT and nobody else is experiencing it on the server.
Try resetting your keys. In the menu go to options and then go to the key configuration and reset to default. See if that works.

If not it seems to be your keyboard, does this happen on TF2 or CS:S/CS:GO?
