Know I posted this many times, but still trying to get answers.
The game crashes at Initializing game data without error, to desktop. Multiplayer works fine.

Deleting addons folder
Reinstalling
Deleting Gmod folder
Verifying game cache

Make sure to turn off steam cloud before re-installing and you could also try deleting the entire garrysmod folder.

For some reason, even when cloud is turned off, the addons download again.
