My deafult gmod " my spawnlist" is missng

Recently I have noticed that my spawn list is gone. I've tried to uninstall my gmod but that still doesnt work and I dont know why. Its getting really annoying because i cant make any bases or building because i dont have any decent props to use. PLEASE HELP IF YOU HAVE A SOLUTION

Delete the spawnlist folder and verify your game.

how would i verify my game?

You would right-click the game in your steam library, click properties, click the "Local Files" tab in the window that will open, and then click "Verify integrity of game cache".
