Now I know there is a limit to how many players can be in groups on ulx but this happend only 4 days after having the server up.

I have tried everything from deleting the data folder to reseting the sv.db, nothing works.

Redownload Ulx and remake your groups. It should work.
Ive did that before posting.
Try removing FAdmin since they don't work well together then re add the jobs.
Got an simmilar Problem, which is caused by SMF-Group-Sync. Dunno why exactly it breaks, but since then i got an local testserver in which i modify the groups, since they get added with the other addon.
