Everyone gets 900-1000 ping
If I restart the server it starts properly but doesn't show on the server list for a good 3-5 minutes
Does not happen very often, maybe once every 6 hours or something
The TCAdmin shows: [url]http://i.gyazo.com/d010236e44cf31395b489c2e11d9bb84.png[/url] for the time that it isn't on the server list
It's not a pay per slot server, We have a dedicated server with about 6 other gmod servers on it and it doesn't happen to any others

All in all it took about 10 Minutes to get the server back up which is quite annoying for the player base.

When the server starts it gets to this (which is where the server normally shows up) and then stalls for the 3 minutes:

After that I got this:

Could not establish connection to Steam servers.

And then the server restarted (Loaded all the addons and gamemode again etc and it's still not on the server list and still shows 0/0 on TCAdmin
After about 3 minutes it showed up on the server list and was working properly.
