Recently Installed Garys Mod, Already Having Problems

I used to play Garys Mod and had to uninstall it for extra room, now that I have re downloaded Garys Mod it crashes everytime I create a single player game or am sending client info. I have looked around and I cant fix the problem, please help me this is really annoying and I hope to play the game soon.

I have unsubsribed from all addons as well as creating a new addons folder.
I have checked the local content in case I was missing anything and im not.
Counterstrike and Dota work fine juts Garys Mod is not.
Deleted Bin folder and recreated.

Please note i'm just making a guess here in a vague attempt to help you.
Have you tried verifying the integrity of the game's cache through steam? That sometimes fixes problems for me when i delete a file or mess something up.
