So today I had to refersh my computer, so I had to adjust the settings. But when I hopped on, it randomly ran at 16 and below (before, it was 40-100 FPS) can someone help me?

Maybe your settings used to be lower before?
i havent touched them when i first started, i even tried to do here aswell, still nothing. i tried to fps_max 300 but that only raises it to 30 FPS :/

i also tried a factory restart, still didnt help.
try to refresh your drivers(first of all CPU and graphics)
how do i do that?
