Just bought the game and cant load the menu PLS HELP!

My problem is I start the game everythings fine and nice loading screen pop up and then its just quit, nothing happens just quit (and yea I got no message after closing that) I have a source game (CS:GO I think that is a source game too...) PLEASE HELP ME!
