Basically, I was searching up on YouTube about increasing FPS on Garry's Mod. I already get around 30 - 100, however I was wanting to see if it's possible to max it out.
I came across a video, that told me to put this in my launch options:
"-dxlevel 80 +mat_antialias 0 window"
So I did, thinking it was harmless. I started up Garry's Mod, joined my usual server, and all of my settings were messed up. Everything looked messed up, and I have no idea how to fix it.
I even re-installed the game, still there.
And now, every time I start my game, I need to manually change my Resolution, because for some reason it keeps resetting?
I have no idea how to fix this, I even took out the line from the launch options, nothing changed.
Someone please help, and that resolution things is EXTREMELY annoying.
Try removing the launch options, as far as I know reinstalling the game doesn't remove that.
