Adding Props onto maps. Help? [Server] [Murder]

Okay. I'm just wondering if there's way of placing props onto a map on Sandbox, and loading it onto a different game-mode, like the Murder game-mode. I'd also like props
to remain in there locations when the server restarts/changes map. I've seen servers do this before, and I'd like to know how. Thank you.

Edit: You don't exactly have to tell me how, but maybe instead point me in the right direction.
