GM-PUBLISH, Couldn't load Icon - Is it a Jpeg?

As the title says..
"Couldn't load Icon - Is it a Jpeg?" in gmpublish.

informations.
My icon IS a .jpg
my icon is 512x512.

why does this happen?

I used photoshop.. and from a quality from 1 to 12, i've tried 12, 8 and 1.. none of them worked

Resave the .jpg with Paint or Paint.Net. Photoshops .jpgs don't work for some reason.
