I also say this weird thing of text whenever I join. Prob some of the addons you have that arent properly installed and used, but thats just my guess.
They are just some errors with the map you can ignore.
Texture buffer errors is when the keyframe is instead replaced by the EOF. Texture Precache errors are caused when one Valve material file dosen't exsist, and it fails to continue loading. Unusual text written on the Source MP chat box are symbols. Those symbols mean that Russian, Asian, Chinese and Japanese language packs are needed to read them properly.
