I have a server called Aced Gaming AU, When it has 40+ online everyones ping goes up high and the server is using 100% of the cpu and 2gb's of ram.
I was told that its bad. How would I fix this?

What host are you using?
What CPU / Host do you have? Also you have a car dealer, you don't happen to have Photon police cars do you? They cause a lot of lag on populated servers.
sv_minrate 400
sv_maxrate 50700
something about these seems wrong, do you really need a "50700" max rate? ive never see nit be that high or arbitrary before
Well could you tell me the right rate then? Also im using Cyrentek << are they good?

i have the http://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=144415557 Ford Sentry Gun Police Package Cars.
i dunno a specific rate, but I've never seen much higher than 20k/30k, maybe it doesn't even do what I think it does, then it doesnt even matter
is the server on a VPS or a dedicated server?
edit: nvm looks like a GSP, i dunno then, you're sort of trusting in them that they're hosting their servers well (might not be their fault though)
Bump?
If you are using a GSP (Game server provider) - this is kind of to be expected. It's usually tolerable, albeit unpleasant, however, if you find it unacceptable, you might want to invest in a dedicated server.
