Fix darkrp ulx rank with ulx sql?

Hi,
I own a darkrp server and my ranks isn't saving.
To fix this i'm actually using SourceBans rank saving (when you join, server is checking you steamid and try to find you on sourceban database as sourceban rank)
Sourcebans rank = ULX rank.

But, to use this system i have to manually add every steamid as admin on sourceban and it's borring and take a lot of place in my admin list.
Now, i was wondering if ULX MySQL is able to fix this?
If i install ULX MySQL, does this addons will check user rank at every connection or this will not change anything?
