"Client XX overflowed reliable channel..." error...any fix?

Well...don't know if its some noobish error around here but I have no idea.
Its been strange because it seems to be happening "Well kinda" to Staff Members (Trial-Admin, Admin, Owner)
I think it may of been happening to donators too would could lead it to be pointed towards ULX or something that uses the ranking system...
Other then that though its the server side. Get kicked after a while and most of the time we can't even join full stop.
I am not Owner so don't atm have access to the logs in the process, but he says there is nothing there anyway.
It is typically called when:
While spawning in the player receives too much data via net-messages.
While spawning in the player spawns near a large group of users talking on the mic.
Could also be other reasons but most of the time it is data data related.
Could it possibly be a user exploit? Some users are acting very strange...
Also when the server was empty we could join easily. And even when the error was occurring no people were even at spawn.

If you are using last version of TTT damage logs([url]https://github.com/Tommy228/TTTDamagelogs[/url]) that is known to cause issues like that.
