So, I want to play on a HL2RP server I know, And for the past couple of days, I was playing on it, all well and done, but, today, Whenever I reach the end of the decal downloads, It just freezes there, and would refuse to budge....
Any Help would be appreciated, and rewarded.
Things i've done:
Re-installing
Verifying game cache
Unsubscribe from all workshop addons and clear your addons folder (or disable them from the main menu), then rejoin the server.

Do you get any crash error messages? If the server owner increased the content on the server it could be causing your client to attempt to mount more content than you can handle, causing a crash.
You certainly could unsubscribe from all addons and delete them from your addons folder and then subscribe only to that server's content.
