A player that is a regular player on my community is starting to time out off my server for some reason.
He gets timed out, but on other server it isn't happening.
when he tries to join this is the important part:

after he tries to log on, what could be the problem?
Again it isn't happening on other servers.
Well to me it seems as If he does not have the map file, but I often get that message sooo...
It has nothing to do with the map file..
Sometimes he can log on, but he gets high ping.
Could it be his 'route' to connect to my server?
By the way i am hosting it on my dedicated server.
Anyway of 're-routing' the path that it takes for him to connect to the IP Address?
Get him to run a traceroute to your server, check if there's any loss.
